Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Candidate Profile - Skills, Experience, & Requirements:
• Candidate must have a PASSION for caregiving.
• Must have at least a year of Caregiving experience and ability to perform and excel at the following duties as a Homecare Aide: personal hygiene/grooming, showering/bathing, dressing, transfers, meal prep, transportation, companionship, light housekeeping.
• Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
• Part-Time position - must have availability to work 7 am to 3 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Full-Time hours are available upon request.
• Must be flexible working with a changing schedule and diverse clients

State Requirements:
• Obtain a valid TB test
• Able to pass reference and background checks (LIVESCAN) - refundable
• Able to register & obtain clearance for California Home Care Aide Registry ($35.00) – refundable
