You would be in charge of the nursing department care staff and LN. You would over see the residents care and careplanig , medaction Assistant program, Training of staff, Assesments of new and old residents, upon admit, change of condition, 14 day, 30 day, 90 day and yearly. TB testing on all staff. All State WAC, RCW would be in your hands to make sure tht they are being followed. You would be on call 24/7 by phone .
