Registered Nurse for Home Care Agency

The Registered Nurse will conduct (in-person or telephonic) assessment, evaluation and admission of patients who qualify for in-home care services. The Registered Nurse will develop care plan with patients and other providers involved in the patient's care. The Registered Nurse will also conduct supervisory visits for personal care aides to ensure in-home care aides are providing the highest quality of care for our patients. The RN may also provide training as needed. Bachelor's Degree Current and clean RN license in the State of Georgia Clean criminal background check with no history of misconduct Current CPR certification Negative TB test result Current driver's license and proper vehicle insurance coverage Note: This position is a 1099 employment. Pay rate is per client visit not per hour.
