Director of Nursing for Denton county based, family owned, home health agency serving patients in Denton, Wise and Cooke counties. Predominantly serving patients in the cities of Lewisville, Flower Mound and Denton. Responsible for directing all home health care services, supervision/evaluation of clinical staff, program quality and improvement initiatives, agency contact with physician offices for referral/SOC, some auditing and patient visits as necessary. Other duties as assigned which could include taking weekend call.
This is an in office job and the hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 5.
Requirements:
RN with current Texas license
5+ years recent experience in home health - administrative experience preferred but not required
Knowledgeable of home health rules and regulations
Knowledgeable of current OASIS and upcoming OASIS changes
Vehicle, current Drivers License and Car Insurance
