This position is field nurse to visit the patients in their homes. About 5-20 patients will be assigned with flexible working hours. 1. Recertification of assigned patients every other month. 2. Unskilled and Skilled nursing care 3. Medication management 4. Supervise home health aides. 5. Insulin administration 6. Wound Care 7. Ostomy care and training
Compensation
$47.50 - $58.50 per hour + $500 Sign-on Bonus
