InHome Selective Health Part-Time Registered Nurse- PRN - Independent Home Health Care – Indianapolis, IN
Job Overview - NOTE THIS IS A PAY PER VISIT POSITION-
The Home Health Registered Nurse will fulfill the following roles:
- Assessing the suitability of patients for home care and referring those who require other services to the appropriate agencies.
- Collaborating with families, institutions, physicians, patients, and nurses to establish a comprehensive home health care plan.
- Performing OASIS nursing assessments, creating written care plans (485), and completing assessments.
- Reviewing and updating nursing care plans and OASIS requirements as needed.
- Monitoring the physician's treatment plan, orders, and ensuring they are carried out.
- Writing reports to physicians as required, including a summary of the Treatment Plan.
- Providing monthly supervision for CHHA as ordered.
Pay per visit ranges from $50.00 to $120.00, with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.
Calls are compensated at $2.00 per hour.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold a current RN, Registered Nurse License in the State of Indiana.
This position is pay-per-visit, allowing you to create your own schedule for the perfect work-life balance. Positions are available in Marion, Hamilton, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Hendricks, and Boone Counties.
