Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Collect nursing assessment data for communication to the physician, patient/family, and or nursing staff to facilitate and/or collaborate with the physician/nurse practitioner (NP) on the resident’s assessment, medical plan of care and/or management of the resident.
Compensation
$26.30 - $32.90 per hour + $7500 Sign-on Bonus
