Registered Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Company: True Care Home Health Schedule: PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible) Location: West Central Florida Overview: True Care Home Health is looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. RNs play a vital role in assessing client needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering top-tier in-home healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Create, update, and oversee individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, IV therapy (if applicable), medication management, and health education Supervise and support LPNs, HHAs, and caregivers Communicate regularly with physicians, families, and clinical leadership Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications: Current Florida RN license Preferred nursing experience (home health preferred) Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities CPR certification (current) Reliable transportation
