Registered Nurse (Hospice) – Irvine

Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and passionate Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our hospice patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and ensuring high-quality, individualized care. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive services to our patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and update care plans accordingly Provide education and support to patients and their families Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and manage patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers) Benefits: Beta Hospice is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
