Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Come join a well established Home Health & Hospice agency as: RN's - Visits Only - (Home Health or Hospice) LVN's - Visits Only (Home Health or Hospice) CHHA's - Visits Only (Home Health or Hospice Hospice) Visits are available in Inland Empire, (Ontario) North OC, San Gabriel Valley areas. Day, Evening, and Weekend visits are available. Ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years experience in similar position, preferably in a Home Health and/or Hospice Agency. Candidate should have experience with Care Coordination, working with multiple disciplines and be computer literate coupled with the ability to multi-task. Fax or e-mail your resume to 949.266.5989.
