We hold ourselves to a higher standard of resident care because we do not have to answer to shareholders as in the for-profit CCRC environment. Our employees don’t have to worry about being bought out by a larger “chain.” We are one of the few 5-star rated facilities in the region and we pride ourselves on a standard of providing exceptional care to our residents while maintaining a welcoming/supportive environment for our team members! We have an excellent nurse to resident ratio! (1 nurse for 20 residents along with the support of 2-3 certified nursing assistants per unit). Our rehab floor follows an even stronger ratio by staffing 2 nurses for 21 residents with the support of 3 certified nursing assistants. Compensation for this position is based on experience. The compensation listed on this posting does not include the night shift or weekend differentials. Please contact hr@dunwoody.org for additional information. We are easy to get to!
