We are looking for highly skilled and dedicated RNs to provide Home Health Nursing/Rehab services to our patients in the following areas: A. South Bay Area B. Ventura County C. Antelope Valley D. Los Angeles, CA E. San Fernando Valley F. Kern County Working with the Physician, our Nurses manage the patient's plan of care, as well as educate our patients and their families, helping them to achieve their rehabilitation goals and higher level of independence. As a home visiting nurse, you will be able to have a flexible schedule, a high level of support from our office clinical team and a rewarding work environment QUALIFICATIONS: - Current State License to Practice - At least one(1) year of nursing experience required (home health/and or acute setting). - Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and good communication skills. - Ability to function independently, demonstrate good judgement and organizational skills. - Reliable transportation and current insurance. - Second language(Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese) is an advantage. - Experience with wound care, Diabetic Care, IV.
