Bay Area Field RN - Alameda County

We are a busy Home Health Agency that services patients ages 2 yr. old to elderly. We are in search of a Responsible Registered Nurse (RN) with a 2-year. minimum experience, for our Home Health position, to do initial assessment and supervisory visits in: Alameda County (Bay Area) The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing the patient, managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; and providing physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends. RNs must be comfortable with pediatrics.
