Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

Must be a registered nurse with current credentials. Must be able to create simple health reports a few times during a 12 month period . RN will be required to document visit notes for each individual visit . We have 3 IDD individuals who require medical consultations . RN will Provide 2 hours of consultations per month . (Will give a better description on hours if interested). 120.00$ per each individual a month .
