RN overview: The RN utilizes the nursing process, procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising and directing care provided by unlicensed nursing staff in the delivery of nursing care to render general health care within scope of practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by others under their direction: Requirements: Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License, CPR Certified, Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work and to address emergencies as they may occur.
