NURSING SUPERVISOR - PRN position

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION As the NS you are responsible for the direct oversight of all clinical and non-clinical operations. Coordinate the admission of clients to the Agency. This includes but is not limited to supervising, training, and onboarding all field staff; maintaining and enforcing clinical compliance measures, as well as policy and procedure; planning and executing new program initiatives that follow best-practice standards for the industry; routine care and/or supervisory visits; generate, review, and maintain multiple reports and logs; and other duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Administrator of the agency and will work closely with him/her to ensure that clinical excellence, expertise, and standards are continuously maintained. In addition, coordinates with marketing team to ensure needs assessments for prospective clients are done in a timely manner.
