Home Care Registered Nurse

Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem hours available! Per Diem RN's are paid per visit. Depending on the type of visit (start of care, discharge, evaluation etc,)the visits range from $40 to $90, depending on what type of visit is required All employees are paid .43 a mile, patient to patient. Full -time rates range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Responsibilities: Create and follow plan of care based off patients’ needs and doctors’ orders. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments. Monitor patient’s conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with and properly document doctors' orders. Perform assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided. Qualifications: Current license to practice as an RN in RI. Valid CPR license. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage. Ability and willingness to work in a team environment. Ability to travel between patient assignments within a 25-mile radius. Experience in Home Care a plus but not required.
