We are looking for self motivated, reliable, efficient and compassionate RN to join our team and make a difference in the care of our family of residents. Work together with our team of physicians, therapists, aides, management and ancillary staff to provide efficient, safe and effective care to our residents. Support dignity, privacy, independence, resident involved care planning, and a home-like environment for residents. Review, update and communicate resident care plans and coordinate discharges when applicable. Complete MDS.
