I had to bring my dad here after he lost his mobility. The staff is great when it comes to his care. He started physical therapy and there are times I have come by for a visit, and witnessed the therapist be encouraging and patient with him. Staff is friendly and understanding. Nurse Inmara and aides are wonderful and have been working with my dad to help him get better. The only complaint he has told me is that they are always giving him something to eat and he’s always full. Not a bad thing at all. I see other patients/ clients happy here.
Do Not Entrust Your Loved Ones to This Facility!! My mother was admitted on 10/21/2025 to The Lev at Winchester for respite care, and in just two days, we witnessed a noticeable decline in both her physical and mental health. It was clear that she was mistreated and ignored simply because she wasn’t considered a “regular” patient. When my brother and I visited, we were not greeted and instead were met with attitude when we asked about our mom’s condition. The night shift staff appeared lazy and inattentive, often asleep during their shift. The facility itself is old, unclean, and poorly maintained—it gives the impression of neglect from top to bottom. This place should be investigated and condemned by the state board. I wouldn’t trust them to care for an animal, let alone a loved one. Please don’t make the same mistake we did—you will absolutely regret placing your loved one here.
The nursing staff and all staff are very friendly and compassionate about the well being of their clients. Thank you all for taking care of my 43 yr. old husband after he had a stroke in October 2025. He is there for Physical Therapy. Thank you all for all you do! Barbara
Excellent! Well managed! Staff is very professional and attentive!! They treat patients and residents very well. My husband and I are very happy that our mother has been admited at their Memory Care Unit.
I arrived at The Lev at Winchester today for rehabilitation services due to a ankle fracture and IV antibiotic treatments. The medical staff, occupational therapy staff, ( physical therapy ) activities coordinator, patient care technicians are just GREAT 😃 I haven't seen one patient abused or treated differently or unfairly. These guys go the extra mile to give excellent care to patients/residents. You should call Hana Lewis the Administrator if you are looking for short or long term care for your loved ones.💕
