I have nothing bad to say about the staff the care or how its run. But today my girlfriend came to visit me after 1wk of not seeing her so we were obviously happy to see one another. It was about 9:30ish when she sat down on the chair next to my bed. So we did what we normally do and caught up on what we miss in the wk of her absence. So i would like to confirm that a good 30mins have gone by when a staff member came in my room announced herself and proceeded by asking perrmission if she can come in through my partion that separates and gives us privacy from my 2 roommates i share the room with. Long story short she had no intention of talking to me at all with no warning another set of hands pulled the partion curtain opened to find 2 Anaheim police officers in full tactical gear threatening my girl that a staff member called complaing that she overstayed her welcome because she in the past would fall asleep on the toilet it happened more then it should being embarrassed everytime yet never was i or her ever given a warning about it let alone being told the sevarity of how serious the punishment will be if it continues to happen. We are homeless, i have a place to sleep at night because of my accident the staff knows our dilemma so we try our best to abide by the rules to end our visiting at 8pm even though she doesnt want to because she has no where to go that is safe warm withou overthinking just how bad it can be when youre fighting demons on a daily to stay sober. So she has her own issues and i remind her how good and strong she is so she doesnt give up. So now she isnt allowed to step foot on this property unless she wants to be arrested. Thats how far they took it . And they have yet to explain their reasoning behind it.

Good staff and they took care of my aunt very well. My aunt had a knee surgery and shoulder broken. They gave her medication on time and took good care of her during her 3 months stay. Physical therapist also played imporant role in her fast recovery. They keep the property and patient room clean all the time. All staff including front desk, cook, dietitian, hoursekeepers, nurses, social worker and physical therapist are efficient, attentive and excellent management.
