Only gave one star because of the few Nurses Aids that was hopefully and thoughtful of the care of my mother. The place is dirty and old. The Nurses and the STNA that work during the day were rude to us and mean to my mother. So glad we got my mother out of that place. I understand staffing issues, but being rude and mean is not acceptable. The food was always brought to the room cold. And when you asked for coffee or something else for them to drink you will have to wait almost an hour to get it cause they were busy talking and hangingout at the nurses station. Many times my mother had accidents in your depends and it took almost an hour to get her changed.

Once you enter the front door you're greated like a family member . Their caring dedicated staff great you with a smile and a welcoming hello. They all want to be sure you have a relaxing healing experience while you are in their care. Even though my husband was happy to finally get to come home , we will truly miss all the friends we made and be a bit sad not to see them daily. They feel like family to us now and it was a wonderful experience.
