Literally be careful where you place you’re elderly parents or grandparents. This is no rehabilitation where they are taking care of you well. Supposedly this place suppose to help restore someone’s health to normal life through training and therapy after illness or surgery, but instead 2 days in and my mom falls because no one seems to answer the lights when a patient calls. You would think they actually would read a patients report visually impaired, Dyalisis patient, ( foot problems Second of all, she cannot be late to her dialysis treatment and she arrived late with no assistance to help her change in the morning. Transportation and care 👎👎
My mother in law had excellent post surgery care at Holmgreen center. The staff were caring, responsive and professional. We appreciate the great care she received for the week she stayed at their facility.
My 95 year uncle has been a resident of Brookdale Trinity Towers for two years and is very happy living there. He is comfortable and loves the environment and the wonderful staff. All nursing staff, administration, dining room attendants, and activities directors are fabulous and give 100%. As both his other niece and I live out of town, we depend on Yvonne Perez to always address our concerns and requests, and in a very timely manner! Yvonne either handles the issue herself or guides us to the appropriate person. My uncle loves all the activities provided and is grateful for the opportunity to attend mass on Saturday mornings. The food is delicious, the environment is always festive and uplifting and the involvement of family is a major concern of Brookdale. We take great comfort knowing he is happy and well cared for.
If your loved one needs skilled nursing then Brookdale Trinity Towers is the place to be.You will have peace of mind when you find out for yourself the level of care your loved one receives at Brookdale. My wife has been in and out of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities over the past 6 years due to a series of back surgeries she has had. The quality of care she received at Brookdale was by far the best. The nursing staff is caring and compassionate. The administrative personnel are readily available should you have any concerns. If you want peace of mind then consider Brookdale for your loved ones care. Peace of Mind is worth the drive. Just don’t park under the trees because they will leave a mark on your car..
This is the best home I have ever dealt with . All the employees are amazing . My Aunt was so happy here . We were on the 4th floor and Had an amazing Nurse named Katelyn who eased all of my Aunts worries and set the tone for the rest of our stay the first night. We didn’t come across a single bad staff member . I will recommend the place forever .
