Our family is so pleased with the care our mom is getting at Regency. She is in the Dementia Ward and I can’t say enough about the staff and cleanliness there. If I wake up at night and wonder how mom is doing I don’t worry because of the staff at Regency. I know that she is being taken care of with love and kindness.
This is a great place. My family member is in the memory care area. Every time I visit I find her well cared for. The staff is very knowledgeable about her special needs. They are always responsive to her needs as well as my questions. So thankful for the care and attention she receives.
I am very impressed with the staff at Regency. All of the staff that I have encountered since my sons Grandmother has been a resident have been top notch. They all have a tough job. And are not appreciated enough. Also, the help I have gotten from Amy, Kerri,& Bobbie. You 3 are simply Amazing. I can't even begin to thank all of you enough. ♡
The housekeeping is bad my brother was there and he got terrible care he was dying he had lesions on the brain and he fell out of bed twice in one day hitting his head before it happened he was talking to us afterwards he stopped talking. He was moved out and went to a much better place Compassion Home and that was a great place for him. I would never recommend the Regency to anyone.
I have been an RN since 1990. I come here twice a year to perform a medication infusion for a resident. This facility is the cleanest, brightest and most welcoming skilled nursing facility that I have EVER seen. All of the staff here from housekeeping to managers are amazing. I have been a witness to such kindness, empathy and respect for the residents. Even some well placed teasing and humor. I wouldn’t hesitate to place a friend/family member here if needed. The care is excellent.
