they leave trash every were the windo leaks they didn't give him a show the whole week he has been here he pushes the call light and it takes a hour just for them to come they don't give him snacks when he don't like the meals and when we do bring him snacks they take them just over all not good service
I cannot recommend Oak Grove Manor enough! My bonus mom was here for short term rehab and was able to leave the facility even better than how she was in the community. The therapy staff is top notch and work with you towards your individual goals! I highly recommend checking out this facility for skilled rehab and long term care!
The staff here are blatantly rude and love to sit around most of the time. Ive visited this place more than i can count and see the same thing. Take your folks somewhere else where they will be nice and attentive.
My mother was a resident while on hospice care at Oak Grove for 1 1/2 years. She was well taken care of and she enjoyed living there. The outings and activities helped mom enjoy her time and she often looked forward to them. They treated her with respect for her independence. It gave us great peace of mind knowing she was cared for by the Oak Grove staff. In the end, she passed peacefully with the skilled medical care provided and that brought us much comfort.
This place helped my grandmother a lot. The facility itself looks a little worn down and old, there definitely could be some improvement with the infrastructure, but the nurses and aids are what truly redeem this place. It was very clear from the get-go how much the staff care for their residents and give their 100% to every single resident that comes through their doors. All in all, the place was clean, safe, and I would definitely recommend this place so anyone looking for a safe place for their loved one.
Special shoutouts: Jennifer, Teeka, Amanda the Social worker, Josh from PT, Maddie and Dawn from PT, and anyone else who’s name i can’t remember
