BROADVIEW MULTI CARE CENTER

My aunt stayed here for a short while, and the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel welcome and cared for. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, home-like atmosphere. What stood out the most during her stay was the incredible Activities Director. My aunt absolutely adored them! They brought so much energy, creativity, and genuine joy to every event and activity. Whether it was group games, music sessions, crafts, or themed celebrations, the Activities Director made sure everyone was included and having a great time. My aunt often told us how much she looked forward to their programs — it really brightened her days. It gave our family peace of mind to know that she was not only well cared for, but also happy, engaged, and social. We’re so grateful for the kindness and dedication of the staff, especially the Activities Director who made such a lasting impression.

Such a pleasure having Elaine do an informative breakfast for my seniors at Churchill Towers. My residents really liked her, thought she friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They loved the breakfast she provided. Would love to have her come back!

I was visiting my cousin over the weekend and I saw a very sweet nurse talking to a patient in the hallway. She was so kind and patient, she treated that person like she was their family member. The place was very clean and my cousin said he was happy. I was reading some of these reviews and I thought some people are spending to much negative energy. Food looked ok.

Elaine came to our building Churchill Towers and talked to our residents about what services Broadview multicare can provide. She was very informative and answered all questions. She also provided a wonderful breakfast. Well done and thank you!!

Lately they seem to be big time understaffed. I hope they are trying to hire new people who show up to work. Also, the food lately has been overcooked. When they had pork chops they were extremely hard. I tried to help cut them. However, pain shot up my arm. I had to cut them holding the knife weird. And today the chicken strips were so hard he could not eat them. And the veggies are over cooked. And today due to only one on floor he is sitting in a dirty diaper for over an hour and a half. Please talk to them where they prepare the food about overcooking and please hire more people soon. And please sometimes offer raw veggies, such as carrots, brocoli cauliflower cucumbers. Overcooked green beans and other overcooked vegies have no nutritional value for him. Thank You.
