My father was a resident at Parma Care Center. Parma Care Center was a true blessing for our family. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail of care. From the nurses to the aides to the administrative team, everyone treats residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the atmosphere feels more like a community/family than a care center. They offer excellent rehabilitation services and specialized memory care, and the activities they plan for residents are thoughtful and engaging. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the well-being of each person who walks through their doors. We are so grateful for the peace of mind Parma Care Center has given us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care for their loved ones.

Parma center really shows out for all the holiday festivities and keeps the residents motivated and excited. They really look forward to spending time with staff and love to include and interact with residents family too! The activities team, aides, nurses staff ect… all do such a great job everyday showing up and showing out!❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Parma Care Center. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive…not just to medical needs, but to emotional well-being as well. They treat every resident with dignity and warmth, and it truly feels like a family environment. The nurse Kristin is absolutely outstanding and has always been kind to my lovely grandmother!!!!! 5 star ⭐️

I have attend several of the special holiday events your facility sponsors for residents and their families. I was impressed by level of care and attention your staff provides to your residents. The amount of work your entire staff puts into each event is impressive. I was really impressed by how the residents really enjoyed the activities, you don’t see that too often. Even though the staff is stretched thin, it doesn’t stop them from showing care when needed. I have been in many care facilities over the years with my mother and I wish she would have been able to been a resident at Parma care. You also have a management team that makes lemonade out of lemons. So approachable and really care about the overall care provided. Housekeeping must work hard to keep your facility clean and odor free, not easy in that environment.

Parma Care Center is absolutely top-notch! Every single person I’ve dealt with here has been friendly, attentive, and truly invested in patient care. You can tell they love what they do, because it shows in every interaction. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the place is spotless. They go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from start to finish. Honestly, it’s rare to find a team this dedicated !! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
