Rio Rancho Center

I was extremely happy with the services at Rio rancho rehab Center! The nurses, the text, everybody was so kind and caring. And my roommates I got some really good roommates. I kind of hated to leave. But I would recommend this place to anybody. I push my buzzer and they would come immediately! I was very very happy entire time. The only thing I have to say is the food could have been a little bit better LOL but I'm not going to complain about it. Cuz there was one chef who was fantastic and he gave me anything that I ordered. But thank you for your facility and for how good you treated me.

The most clean, friendly and professional casino I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so attentive to my stay. I got updates and reminders about my reservations throughout the casino. The Juniper restaurant was just as classy as I expected. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I didn’t even have to mess with the thermostat. My entire experience was phenomenal!! I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Santa Ana Star casino and hotel!

The staff seems to care for their residents! I am impressed as to how many people remember my mother’s name. The facility is showing its age but they have done a good job keeping up. And I feel Mom is in a secure place.

I also like to say that the nurses that took care of me provided me my medications.And look after me for my care.Is it going to ever be staff?Especially, Taloa. Thank you, thanks for pushing me and making me do my physical therapy because of you., The ability to walk, stand, and move around safely has become a great way of me getting around, again., Once again, thank you so much for all of your work and effort. You really have made me happy. Heather A, Front Desk ♥️ your support by making sure that all patients get travel to and from appointments, and making sure that we as patients get our follow-up appointments set, again making sure we get travel set to and from for our medical needs is truly impeccable on your part as we can all count on your expertise. Sometimes the nurses do get busy. But this is normal for any hospital. Facility nurses cannot always be on top of the light when you push the button. But they do their best to meet your needs as soon as they get to your call. Li have noticed often in the early evening hours. Multiple call lights will be pushed at the same time. So, be patient, allow the nurses to do their jobs and assess who's light needs priority care first.

Like. Any other place Rio Rancho Genesis has its Highs and Lows however, it truly has more Highs than Lows. That is why I truly rated 5 out of 5, as Genesis has great staff, a good physical therapy team who truly pushes the patients to comply with the Doctor's orders. So that they can heal.This staff is very friendly and attentive to all the patient's needs. Many of the patients Whom I got in to speak to and meet truly think highly of Genesis, though There are many patients who have been there for many years and truly think that what they provide is not only safety, but Respect, they are provided activities that I have taken part of and sound to be truly a blessed. I believe the VA hospital In Albuquerque, new mexicotruly place me in a place for recovery.Great job. I thank Genesis for the chance to have been able to stay there. Looking forward to having my wife.Stay there, so ask her recovery.She's gonna believe Genesis, Rio Rancho, NM is the way to go
