The care and patience that the staff shows the residents here is little to non-existent. Every time someone from our family goes to visit, there is always an elderly resident who seems to be neglected or left in a common area with no observation, continuously asking for help that takes forever to come. We went to location a few nights ago, and there are ZER0 safety precautions. We were able to walk in after 5pm, and no one stopped to ask who we were visiting, or if we needed any help. We were able to freely walk through the halls with no regard to safety by anyone. All staff seems to be in their own world, and managers seem to be bothered when assistance is asked of them by other staff.
I came to visit a friend who was there for rehab. I was treated so nicely by the staff. I love the safety measure that were taken before I was let in. Very safe for residents! We also got a quick visit from the head person there. He was very nice to my friend and let her know when she would get to go home. He was very nice and attentive!!
My husband was here 3 months ago and I want to thank the staff for all the good care they gave him,,,,, from the administration with Jordan and Marrisa to his nurses, Lisa and Gabby, to his PT care with Samantha. Also to Victoria who helped with the transport of his doctor appt. The cleaning staff did come in everyday and clean his room and bathroom.
Disgusting facilitiy, they never gave me the medication i needed, nurses said it was an awful place. “Maybe you’ll get dinner” “50/50 chance”. Didn’t even want to let the paramedics in with me when arrived at scheduled time. Knew nothing about me, actually got sent back to the hospital, I was coughing up blood. Unsanitary.
Upon visiting my brother I notice he looked disheveled, hadn’t been shaved, or had a bed bath. incontinent, room smell of urine. He said hadn’t been changed. His trash can was overflowing with trash on floor. On way out saw nurse & asked her if he could be given bed bath & shaved. She checked schedule book & said he was down for one today & would have CNA take care of it. Otherwise the area around nursing home looked clean.
