"The secretaries here are worse than useless, they actively try to avoid doing their jobs by making YOU do their work for them. My husband had a surgery. They sent us a bill. We paid it. But Audubon's automated system continued to send us texts bugging us about this bill. I called up the secretary to ask them to stop the texts. She responded that she couldn't stop the texts because they were automated. I told her to find out who sends the automated texts, contact them, and tell them to stop the texts. She responded that I was the one who needed to do that. I pointed out that her company was the one causing the problem, and that as secretary, it is literally her job to manage communications between her company and patients, and she has access to the information on who to call, while I don't. In response, she told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. At that point, I went from annoyed to angry. So I'm leaving this review. I don't recommend Audubon Medical Center. If anything goes wrong, they will leave you hanging and make you do the work to solve THEIR errors."

"Had surgery this Wednesday, April 7, 2021. I had a very good experience with the doctors and the staff. If you have to go through the procedure, this is the best place. Thank you Dr. Keller, his staff and all the other doctors and nurses. Thank God for all of you."
