Full Life Care

I've had so many issues with them. When I call half the time no one answers .they say they r in meetings. They very rarely find me replacement caregivers in time. They r extremely short staff. I hv a caregiver that I like and I hv had sum great caregivers from there but the staff is not attentive. I hv gone weeks with no caregiver and they never checked on me or anything to see if I was ok. I only stay with them bcuz of the caregiver I hv. But IN the past they sent me caregivers with no experience and all they want to do is sit on the phone. I told the agency and they told me that's wat they do . They don't train them properly to kno how to take care of the client. They send them out after hiring and expecting us the client to train them.

Horrible, unresponsive, untrained staff and offices. Nightmare.
