Vela Hospice Care, Inc has been registered with the National Provider Identifier database Our vision may be a world free from health-related suffering. we tend to function as a platform to inspire, inform and empower people, governments, and organizations to extend access and optimize the application of hospice care. We support patients, their families, and their carers in an environment of respect and warmth, that is positive, but not incorrectly optimistic. Several of our in and out patients describe the hospices as a sanctuary, and those who visit over a number of years refer to us as their second home. Our Hand-in-Hand™ model of care implies that elder’s expertise personalized support that is customized to their distinctive desires and preferences. The strength of our community is in our diversity and in our intimacy. We tend to deliver the best potential quality care and support to our patients and their families.
