Direct Care Staff/Professional Opportunity

Job Summary Harvin's Pathway LLC operates as a 4-bed level 4-I Adult Residential Facility (ARF). We have been family owned and operated for over 20 years. We provide a safe, healthy, secure, clean, caring environment, in a family home like setting for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. Responsibilities and Duties RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES include but not limited to: • Client care and supervision • Assistance with administration of medications • Assistance in dressing, grooming, bathing, and other personal hygiene • Transportation of clients as needed for work, day program, and activities • Cleaning and home/facility maintenance • Assistance in community integration Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 1-year Direct Care Experience in a Level 3 or 4I facility preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Pass a background/fingerprint clearance Have a High School Diploma or Certificate A valid CA Driver's License All employees are required to wear facial coverings while on duty. Temperature checks before each shift. Benefits • $300.00 sign on bonus after initial 90 day orientation • $14.00+ per hour depending on experience (Negotiable) • 3 days sick leave • 2 days paid vacation • 401k employer contribution • Annual Bonus
