We offer the following to our dedicated employees: • Full-time position • Part-time position • Flextime or Split time • Paid, on the job training • Paid time off • Bonuses for holidays worked • Family friendly • Enjoy meals that are provided for our residents Responsibilities include: Our caregivers; • provide direct care to residents • recognize individual needs • encourage independence • treat each senior with respect and dignity • work in a home setting and assist our seniors with activities of daily living • medication management and documentation, narratives, bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs • help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, meal prep, mopping and dishes Our residents enjoy a group activity each afternoon in addition to one-on-one activities. Cozy Home is also the home of two recue dogs and they are a very important part of our lives so the perfect candidate will love dogs as much as we do.
