Caregiver Job Description
Join our team in Byron. State Licensed Adult Day Care Setting specializing in care of Alzheimer and Dementia participants. Seeking care for 1 full day a week (Friday) with on-call availability. Mon-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm.
Must have an enthusiastic and loving personality. Long standing times and weight bearing activities are common as well as toileting assistance in some cases. Tasks include greeting our "peeps" and walking them up to the center, care in sitting/standing, lively interaction through games, crafts, conversation and appropriate exercises. Plating lunches, feeding in rare instances and clean up after the day is done.
