We are looking for two compassionate and reliable Assistant House Managers to join our team of Program Instructors. Your small and dedicated team provides direct care and supervision to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a beautiful residential setting – empowering them to be their best!
PAY INCREASE + BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS!
Now Hiring:
Assistant House manager / Program Manager
Mondays-Fridays; 2:30pm-8:30pm
Locations: El Cajon and Lakeside
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (At least 18 years old)
Ability to pass prescreening exams and background check
CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience as a caregiver or direct support professional in a residential setting
Have DSP, BHT, or CNA certification (higher wages)

A Typical Day Might Include:
Assisting with daily living skills including grooming, hygiene, bathing, toileting, feeding and mobility
Assisting your team in the design, implementation, and evaluation of ISPs
Providing support and motivation to reach individual goals and objectives
Facilitating meaningful activities that cater to the individual’s interests and preferences
Managing medications and medical protocols
Attending regular staff meetings and in-service trainings
Working in a multi-disciplinary team of like-minded individuals
Other duties as assigned by the House Manager/Behavior Specialist
