House Manager/DSP - Monday-Friday

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Program Manager / House Manager to join our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Your small dedicated team provides direct care and supervision to five (5) clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a beautiful residential setting! PAY INCREASE + BONUS AFTER INTRO PERIOD! Schedule: Monday-Friday; 12:30pm-8:30pm Hiring in EL CAJON and LAKESIDE! Minimum Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with disabilities High school diploma or equivalent (At least 18 years old) Ability to pass prescreening exams and background check CPR and First Aid Certification within 15 days of hire Valid CA Driver's License and willingness/ability to obtain Class C CDL within 90 days The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience as a DSP or caregiver in a similar setting Experience collecting and analyzing data to implement and improve behavior treatment plans Experience training, coaching, and supervising staff in a similar setting A relevant certification, degree, and/or applicable training Computer and mathematic skills Cash handling/bookkeeping skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience Regular performance evaluations, bonuses, and opportunities for compensation increases Opportunities for educational reimbursements Room for growth A Typical Day Might Include: 75% Direct Care / 25% Administrative Duties Ensuring the supervision, safety, and well-being of the clients Assisting the team in the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavior treatment plans Assisting with scheduling, shopping, and maintaining the operation of the house Managing petty cash and client funds Providing support and motivation to reach individual goals and objectives Assisting with daily living skills including grooming, hygiene, bathing, toileting, feeding and mobility Administering medications and medical protocols Attending regular DSP staff meetings and in-service trainings Working in a multi-disciplinary team of like-minded individuals Other duties as assigned by the Behavior Specialist
