Residential Manager Specializing in Behavior Management/ - Monday-Friday

Promising Futures is an agency who provides day program and residential supports to adults w/disabilities specializing in Autism and Behavioral Management. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and Residential Manager to join our team at our beautiful home in Lakeside, CA. You will be responsible for overseeing 5 residential clients, staff, supervision, and support to enhance their daily living skills. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in a residential or day program setting for adults w/disabilities Experience in collecting and analyzing data to implement and improve training programs.
