Summary We are seeking a Personal Caregivers, Home Care Aids and Certified Nursing Assisstants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of seniors and individuals recovering from various physical and mobility challenges. We have both small group settings and in home settings available. We have both fixed and flexible scedules available. Paid training and great management support. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Monitor and document changes in clients' health and behavior. Support clients with mobility and physical tasks as needed. Assist with medication reminders and adherence. Engage clients in social activities to improve their quality of life. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Experience in home care or related fields is preferred. Strong observational skills to monitor client needs effectively. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with disabilities and seniors. Knowledge of memory care, dementia care, and hospice practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. Ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
