In this position you will function in a primary care nursing role on a Long Term Care unit at a mission driven, non-profit organization in Olympia, Washington. Nurses coordinate and deliver care to nursing home residents in skilled post-hospital rehab and long term care units. Available openings: · Day shift 6am to 2:30pm, rotating schedule · Evening shift 2pm to 10:30pm, rotating schedule Responsibilities and assignments include: Medication/treatment administration with assessment and care planning using the nursing process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
