*Partnering with residents and families to give the best care possible to our 6 elderly residents.
*Must be able to transfer from wheelchairs to chairs, to bed etc.
*Have experience with Dementia and other aging issues.
*Must be flexible and self-motivated.
*Food will need to be prepped for our residents; cooking skills is highly recommended.
*Laundry and light Housekeeping.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Active HCA or CNA License
*CPR/First Aid
*Two-step TB Test
*Pass a Background check and Fingerprint check
*Dementia Specialty Certification
*Mental Health Certification
*Nurse Delegation Core Training
*Nurse Delegation Specialty Diabetes
*Food Handler's Card
