LPN Scheduling Coordinator

Cornerstone Home Health is seeking an LPN for our team! We are a leading provider of home health services in Oklahoma City Establish in 2003. We are seeking to grow our in-house staff department. This individual would need the ability to manage aides, staff, maintain patient schedules and employee schedules. The LPN coordinator is responsible for managing the online schedule and all communication concerning scheduling, and patient care information within the electronic medical records. Participate in the rotation of on-call i.e., answering phone after hours. The individual should be comfortable with computers, being familiar with Microsoft programs, be able to learn EMR online databases. A knowledge of clinical, hospital, facility, or home health services is a plus. . Essential Job Duties: • Provide efficient time schedules for all field staff. • Maximize the schedules to best fit the needs of both patients and staff. • Coordinate training for visits • Communicate with field staff and update database. • Document all communications in the database. • Follow up with patients on patient satisfaction. • Ensure field staff are using the database correctly. • Bi-monthly in-service meetings with field staff • Follow all required procedures and policies. • Driving to patients home as requested, for introduction and training • Assisting with training and education through In-Services Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30pm with a one-hour lunch. Position would be salaried at 42k a year. This position offers participation in the bonus program, Health Insurance, and Dental Care. There is no remote option.
