Starting pay is $17.00 to $21.00 DOE. We care for elderly people who need assistance with toileting, showering, dressing, medication assistance, eating, cooking, cleaning, laundry and personal care tasks. Employees must have the following in order to work independently and receive pay increase: Negative 2 Step TB Test Current First Aid/CPR Current Food Handler's Card HCA/CNA License in good standing - we can provide all training for this Dementia Specialty Training (we can help provide this training) Nurse Delegation Training (we can help provide this training) Pass State Background Check (we do the background check upon hire) We have an Evening Ehift available. For the Evening Shift responsibilities will be caring for six residents, feeding lunch and dinner, getting residents to bed, light cleaning, and other tasks.
