We are looking for dedicated and reliable staff for full time/ part time positions to provide excellent patient care. Job Summary: CNA/ HHA/ PCA are responsible to perform ADL and IADL duties for patients under the direction of the RN at patient’s home. Hours of Work: Various shifts, between 8 am - 9 pm. Mon-Sun and Every other weekend availability is required. Job Responsibilities: Assist patients with (ADLs): personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, transferring and walking assistance Assist patients with (IADLs): meal preparation, transportation, shopping, medication reminders Obtain and document patient's vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc. Report to a supervisor about any changes in the client’s mental, physical, emotional condition, or home situation Document accurately, objectively and timely in accordance with regulations and agency policy/procedures Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Job Requirements: Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina CPR Certificate Prior professional experience as a CNA Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (own vehicle) Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent planning, organizational and reporting skills NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 14-DAYS OF HIRE Most TB immunization Job Preferences: Bi-Lingual (Russian/English; Spanish/English) is a plus $250 Sign - On Bonus (required to complete 90 days probation period) $100 Employee/Patient Referral Bonus Company's website: https://www.nurturingnurseshc.com
