Nurturing Nurses HomeCare is growing rapidly as full-service home care/home health agency. We are looking for energetic, professional and dedicated skilled caregivers that can fulfill the needs of our patients. We are looking for dedicated and reliable staff for full time/ part time positions to provide excellent patient care.
Job Summary:
CNA/ HHA/ PCA are responsible to perform ADL and IADL duties for patients under the direction of the RN at patient’s home.
Hours of Work: Various shifts, between 8 am - 9 pm. Mon-Sun and Every other weekend availability is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients with (ADLs): personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, transferring and walking assistance
Assist patients with (IADLs): meal preparation, transportation, shopping, medication reminders
Obtain and document patient's vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Report to a supervisor about any changes in the client’s mental, physical, emotional condition, or home situation
Document accurately, objectively and timely in accordance with regulations and agency policy/procedures
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Job Requirements:
Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina
CPR Certificate
Prior professional experience as a CNA
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (own vehicle)
Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent planning, organizational and reporting skills
NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 14-DAYS OF HIRE
Most TB immunization
Job Preferences:
Bi-Lingual (Russian/English; Spanish/English) is a plus
