In-Home Skilled Nursing (RN/LPN)

We are looking for a reliable RN/LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) who are professional, dedicated and reliable. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. RN/LPN professionals we are seeking are not just experienced but must also show compassion. Responsibilities Record a patient’s medical history accurately Access patients and note observations Vent/ trach Micky/ NG-Tube feeding Wound Care Suction/ Oxygen Review MD orders and document any changes or POC diviations Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc. Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., Collect samples for lab testing Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions Skills Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle stress NC/SC valid nursing licenses as an RN or LPN NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 14-DAYS OF HIRE Current TB immunization CPR/ BLS Reliable transportation Experience: Home health: 1 year (Preferred) Skilled nursing: Vent/ Trach Adults and Pediatrics License: BLS, ACLS (Required) Registered Nurse (RN) (Required) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (required) Work Location: Greenville, SC/ Lancaster SC/ Spartanburg SC/ Charlotte, NC Hours per week: averaging 40-60 hrs per week.
