About US: Avicenna Home Care proudly provides non-medical home care services to seniors with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. Our mission is to help our senior community with exceptional care in their own home. Job Description: We are looking for Caregivers, Home Care Aides, CNA's and Senior Companions to join our non-medical home care team. We offer several different kinds of shifts; 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, part-time work, and full-time work. At a minimum, we offer 16-hours a week. We are growing fast and there are many exciting opportunities for well qualified Caregivers, Home Care Aides, CNA's and Senior Companions. Ideal candidates will have their own vehicle, a cell phone and a computer. Applicants must speak fluent English; have a clean arrest record and a good driving record. Potential applicants will be background checked, drug tested, and fingerprint scanned, as per California Department of Social Services guidelines. We are looking for the best of the best! Our Services We help our clients with companionship, personal care, respite care, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care, and light housework. We provide any and all assistance with daily activities of living to improve our client’s quality of life. Compensation Base Pay: $17/h Excellence Bonus: 2/h Signup Bonus: $200 Upon Employment, you will receive a $200 sign up bonus at the end of your first 30 days. Your hourly rate will begin at $17/h. At the end of the month, if an employee did not call off, arrive late to client, and was an excellent team member, they will receive a bonus of an additional $2/h for every hour worked during the month. A meeting with the client will be arranged with you, to see if there is a fit. Once a fit is established, you will be able to complete onboarding and required trainings remotely.
