Physical Therapist

A dynamic & reliable licensed physical therapist in the state of Missouri & Illinois with at least one year of experience in Acute Rehabilitation or Home Health setting. A good communicator with patients, caregivers, physicians and office staff, who like to work independently. Must be able to delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and maintain an open communication to implement plan of care effectively for desired outcomes.
