Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking part-time/PRN caregivers/Med Techs for Brentmoor Retirement, an Assisted Living community in St. Louis, MO. No experience required – will train.. The caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a positive environment. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their work environment; who has a winning, positive "can do" attitude; and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our senior residents. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct rounds to check on resident needs. Assist in bathing, dressing, and toiletry needs of residents. Light housekeeping of resident rooms and clean-up of spills. Assist getting residents to dining room for meals. Serve meals to residents in dining room and/or their private rooms. Follow nursing service policies and procedures. Maintain a positive attitude when talking with residents and co-workers. Regular attendance is required. Must have desire to be team player. Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements. Skills/Qualifications 18 years of age. Experience with the elderly preferred. Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability. Basic computer skills required. Push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
