Your Day-to-Day:
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll:
Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Requirements:
Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:
Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Working Hours:
Level 2, 3, and 6 Homes:
4 days on / 2 days off on a rotating schedule.
Schedules and shift times vary by home and operational needs.
Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview and/or hiring process.
