Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with medical procedures, including wound care, injections, and medical imaging
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals in home care settings

- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Requirements:
- Valid LVN license in [CA]
