Seeking back up support worker for small independent care facility specializing in behavioral specialized supports. We overnight care, day habilitation and respite for men with ages ranging from 21 to 35. Meaning we help people in the areas that they need help according to their plans and allow independence in areas they do not need help. desirable qualifications include: 1. Desirable qualifications include experience: working with folks with developmental delays. 2. Therap is used for progress notes 3. Mandt, nonrestrictive interventions are desirable 4. Medication monitoring. Training is required. 5. Negative TB test. Is a requirement. 6. First aid CPR. Is a requirement. 7. Documentation of current trainings are a plus. 8. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. 9. Must adhere to Corvid protocol. 10.
