Rn Supervisory Position

Registered Nurse (Personal care supervisor) Requirements: 1. Active Registered Nurse licensure- required must verify 2. Must Have 2-3 years of RN supervisory and administrative experience in a personal care program . Must be familiar with the requirments and regulations of personal care screening tool 3. Detailed experience in the provision of personal care or a related program Job Description: 1. Evaluate the need for service and make referrals to other services as appropriate. 2. Conduct supervisory reviews for care plan with client and caregiver every50- 60 days 3. Secure written orders from clients physicians 4. Develop a plan of care for client 5. Notify physicians, client family, or correct personnel on clients conditions 6. Provide introduction to care training for caregivers prior to starting assignments. 7. Complete PCST (personal care screening tool), plan of cares, and physician orders to send to physicians. Understand how the allocation tool works -required 8. Supervise caregivers/PCWs(Provide ongoing training to caregiving staff) 9.
